Enquiries and quotations

• Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract and does not book an engineer.
• Quotations are based on the information available at the time, are valid for the period stated on them, and may change after a site survey.
• Any work is carried out under the written quotation, order or contract agreed for that work, which takes precedence over these website terms.
• Our telephone contact line is available 24 hours a day. Engineer attendance, including out of hours, depends on location, availability and site access, and is confirmed for each request. No attendance time is guaranteed unless agreed in a written contract.
